Shipping Policies

Tumbler Processing Time:

  • Ready to Ship (RTS) Tumblers: 5-7 business days processing time, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Made to Order Tumblers: Up to 10 weeks processing time until shipped.

UV DTF’s, Tumbler Blanks & Accessories:

  • All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. Most orders will be 1-3 business days, but up to 10 business days for larger drop days.  During peak seasons, we reserve the right to extend shipping time to 10-14 business days.

Preorder Policy

  •  Occasionally, we provide preorder opportunities for select items. When placing an order during a preorder listing along with items currently in stock, please be aware that your order will not be shipped until the preorder items are ready for dispatch, regardless of the duration. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders containing preorder items exclusively during the designated preorder periods. This practice helps avoid extended shipping times associated with the preorder fulfillment process.

Order Processing Time:

  • Order Processing Time is determined by the item with the longest turnaround time in your order. Example: If an RTS tumbler (5-7 business days) and a Made to Order tumbler (10 weeks) are in the same order, the turnaround time is 10 weeks.

Shipping & Claims:

  • All orders shipped via USPS and UPS. Tracking information sent via email. We are not responsible for shipping delays.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  If you place an order for a PO Box delivery and it needs to be shipped via UPS to be more cost effective, we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order.
  • I am not responsible for changing your shipping address after the order is placed or your order being delivered to the wrong address.
  • I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN SHIPPING ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT MY POSESSION!!
  • If an item comes damaged, photos of the outside of the shipping box (including one of your shipping label), photos of the inside of your shipping box, and photos of the damage must be emailed to SwearyKimCS@gmail.com within 48 hours of the item being received.  We will file a claim on our end and will either refund or replace the item, at our discretion, once the claim has been processed.  A lot of times a refund is more feasible than replacing the item. I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

  • Once your package has been accepted by the carrier I am no longer responsible for what happens.  Please do not email or message me on different platforms, if I am still within my processing timeframe, asking me when your order will ship.

Shipping Insurance:

  • Shipping Insurance is automatically covered in the shipping price when making a purchase.
